Ireland - Dublin Area

Day 1 - Depart USA for Dublin, Ireland.

Grand HotelDay 2 - Arrive Dublin Airport where you will be met by our Ireland representative who will help you pick up your vehicle and give you directions to the Grand Hotel, where you will spend the next six nights. The Grand Hotel is located in the award winning town of Malahide; Dublin County North; Ireland. It is very close to both Dublin Airport and the M50 motorway. Dublin city is within a 30 minute drive.

 

Day 3 - Play The Links at Portmarnock Golf Club, Bernhard Langer's first design venture in Ireland and a most successful one. Adjacent to the first-class Portmarnock Hotel, this resort course is open to both residents & non-residents and considered by the local caddies to be a harder test than Portmarnock itself.

 

Day 4 - Play The Island Club. This beautiful links course, in splendid isolation, is surrounded by the Irish Sea, Donabate Beach and Broadmeadow Estuary. Nestling between the highest sand dunes of any links course in Ireland, it's rugged beauty cannot fail to impress.  Once seen - Never forgotten!

 

Day 5 - Play Portmarnock Golf Club. One of the premium links courses in the country and the many times venue for the Irish Open Championship. it has been given world championship ranking by many critics. The sandy soil of the Portmarnock peninsula makes it ideal for golf.

 

Day 6 - The European Club is your venue today. The links of The European Club presents a stunning golf and visual experience as it tumbles through almost 200 acres of glorious sand dunes and runs along the beach on Ireland's lovely East coast just South of Dublin. This is the first links to have been built on Ireland's East coast this century.

 

 

Day 7 - Play The K-Club, home of the 2006 Ryder Cup. The Palmer Course is, quite simply, one of Europe's most spectacular courses. It charms, it entices and invariably, brings out the very best in your game.

 

Day 8 - Depart Dublin for the USA.
